Frame and lenses are made of plastic. Lenses are hard to keep clean as the surface is not smooth like glass. The plastic lenses are also not as clear as what glass lenses would be. As for the anti blue rays? No sure if it works. I’m in front of the computer all day. I did not feel a massive difference with the glasses on. But for the product I guess you get what you pay for. Pretty cheap.
